Skills:,

·         Strong English (intermediate level+), Russian (will be a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Recording current account transactions and making current account reconciliations regularly
• Ensures the interface of the management / entity of the company with various other sectors of activity;
• Organizes internal and external missions (establishes mission titles, reserves plane tickets, hotel rooms, rents cars for trips, visa applications, health policies , etc.), collaborates with specialized agencies and services, taking into account established procedures;
• Organize internal meetings
• Organize meetings with partners
• Correspond with partners (write letters / different media, make the page and ensure the sending of correspondence)
• Monitors the supply of office supplies for all activities for which he/she is authorized (various computer equipment, etc.)
• Ensures the security and confidentiality of entrusted documents
• Establishes meeting notes and updates the perimeter organization chart / photos
