QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a versatile and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an After-sales Service Specialist/Driver. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales support to our customers as well as handling tasks efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

- Proven experience in after-sales service or customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines are essential in both roles to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and on-time deliveries.
- Teamwork: Collaboration with other team members and departments may be necessary in both roles to address complex issues and improve service processes.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing work environments, schedules, and customer needs is important for fulfilling both roles effectively.
Job Description
As a company driver and after-sales specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Transporting clients and personnel to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
- Maintaining the vehicle in a clean and working condition
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance promptly and professionally
- Handle administrative tasks related to property sales, such as preparing documents, coordinating with utility companies to open electricity and water services, and assisting clients with any post-sales paperwork requirements
- Following company policies and procedures at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Knowledge of the company's services.
Proficiency in additional languages as English, Turkish, Russian, Arabic is a plus
