Job Description

• To arrange end to end inbound FCL operations. Sends offer, collects booking confirmation and provides information flow among all stakeholders including invoicing with minimizing sick files and timestamps completeness &timelines
• To take GP responsibility on file basis (Use auto rate and costing & correct GP
• To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions
• To keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
• To work in line with SOP’s and COP’s prepared for related customer
• To take commercial responsibility for assigned customers by sending quotations using Quoteshop, churn follow-up, up&cross selling and customer visits.
• Interacts with Oceanfreight Commercial Center, Finance, Sales and other related cross functions when required

General Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience on ocean freight operations
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Good use of Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication, coordination and organization skills
• Customer focused, excellent team player
• Rigorous, careful and solution focused
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Residence in İzmir
