Qualifications

• We look forward to meeting you if you hold a bachelor’s degree in related field,
• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain processes such as electrification materials, substation, high voltage equipment, MV Panel etc.,
• Understanding overseas customer portfolio,
• Good command of English,
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office,
• Result-orientated with strong analytical thinking
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and solution-oriented
• Ablility to manage stress and time with high organizational skills,
• Exhibits initiative-taking and possesses strong analytical thinking skills,

Job Description

• Creation of purchase and sales orders (invoices for goods and services),
• Ensuring price control by comparing purchase invoices with orders,
• Processing of purchased materials into project costs,
• Daily monitoring and control of invoices issued to us,
• Keeping track of invoices and delivery notes and ensuring their dispatch from the field,
• Conducting negotiations on supplier purchase price, negotiation, maturity, delivery location, delivery date, delivery method, etc.
• Order delivery date tracking and reporting to the purchasing manager at specified periods
• Following up the requests coming into the system and following the approval processes
• Following domestic and international developments by conducting market research on purchasing items
• Taking actions in favor of the company by taking positions according to market price movements.
