MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically, MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore, we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment's performance and ensures its ease of operation in our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition, we have designed our organization to deliver successfully and on-time-demanding projects in any part of the world. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with the qualilifications below:

Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Good knowledge of related legislations (4857 Labor Law, 5510 Social Insurance and General Health Insurance),
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Preferably worked in the manufacturing sector,
• Global company experience will be plus,
• Advanced level of English both verbal and written,
• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel),
• Experienced in Luca program is a must,
• Strong work follow-up and solution-oriented work with paying attention to the details,
• Compatible with team work with an improved verbal and written communication skills,

Job Description:

For all employees working both in Türkiye and abroad;

• Carrying out employment entry, exit and transfer procedures,
• Calculating salary payments and tracking payments,
• Calculation of progress payments for dismissed personnel,
• Preparation of bank payment disks,
• Following enforcement, debt and advance applications and accruing them to payrolls in accordance with the legislation,
• Performing and controlling BES installations,
• Making overtime and compensation calculations,
• Notification and follow-up of work accidents and reports,
• Making notifications regarding SGK, İŞKUR, Ministry of Labor and other official institutions,
• Managing the incentive process by calculating incentives.
