Marsa Is looking for a "Human Resources Manager” to work at Marsa Oil & Fats Factory in Seyhan, Adana. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for suitable candidates are described below.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments,
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience.
• Knowledgeable about industrial relations
• Solid human resources know-how and minimum 2 years of team management experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Preferably from knowledge in SAP HR Systems,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Self-motivated, proactive and having a solution-oriented approach,
• Strong planning, reporting and analytical skills,
• Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills for communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Willing to live in Adana

• Providing the management and coordination of Human Resources functions in line with Yıldız Holding strategic goals and priorities,
• Taking active part in strategic decisions as member of the management team with the right business acumen and supporting senior management with the appropriate HR guidance,
• Ensuring the effective management of all HR functions & processes (Recruitment & Onboarding, Employer Branding, Performance Management, 360° Competency Evaluation, Talent Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement etc.),
• Preparing and monitoring Human Resources annual budget,
• Ensuring the optimization, standardization and digitalization of process flows in the area of responsibility,
• Actively taking part in HR projects as a project leader/member for future needs,
• Preparing and presenting periodic and ad-hoc management reports.
